Windows 10: Help with DefaultUser0

Ah,defaultuser0. How i absolutely despise this name. The name who has taken me countless hours of my life.

There i was,installing windows 10. Oobe fucks up again like the piece of shit it is. Utilman method it is.

So i went on to open the cmd. I type:

net user administrador (Pt-Br) /active yes

msoobe.exe

Then i get the "One second" or "One moment" or whatever it is in english.

This goes on for 1 hour. I decide to restart the pc.

Restarting done,i get 2 accounts: Admin,and defaultuser0.

Ok,lets go into the cmd.

Shift+restart,advanced options,launch options,f6.

Nothing. No cmd.

Shift+restart, advanced options,cmd.

Asks me for the defaultuser0 password.

Ohhhh boy here we go.

I try every other method to get to the cmd there is,but uh-oh! you need that fucking password.

Installation usb? It can't detect the main drive for some reason. What can i do?

Btw,i sound angry because i spent the whole fucking day on this.

Get rid of Windows 10 defaultuser0

Hi,

I realize that it must be difficult for you when things are not working as it should. Sorry to know that you are facing this issue. I will try to help you with this issue.

I suggest you to follow these steps to remove the user account from your computer and check if that helps.

• 
  Press “Windows key + R” and type “netplwiz” press Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account (defaultuser0), click the remove button.
  

Follow the on-screen directions to complete the process. Once this is done restart the pc for the changes to take place.

I will be glad to help you with the issue you have with the user account.

Defaultuser0 is a system user profile used when Windows is setting up, before any user accounts have been created. It should and usually does disappear after first reboot after installation. If the profile folder remains in Users folder, it's safe to manually
delete it.

If you don't need the user account, you can delete it.

Delete the 'DefaultUser0' folder from C:\Users\

Delete the 'DefaultUser0' registry entry from:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\

Click on each of the listed profiles and check the 'ProfielImagePath' entry to verify the associated profile.

Delete the user with net user defaultuser0 /delete

"defaultuser0" created on clean install of Anniversary Update

Wanted to report back my solution for upgrading to the Creator update since everyone was so kind to help with explanations and suggestions. You and AV were right, my Creator update install failed. It was not a defaultuser0 profile problem like the Anniversary
update. Since this topic is about the defaultuser0 profile, I will keep this short. What prevented me from installing the creator update was my desktop's Anatel PCI-e wireless card. Once this card was removed, I was able to clean install on a new hard drive
and upgrade my older drive with 1607 to 1703 without issues. I used the original dvd-iso and no other changes were made to the system. I did notice, yes indeed that there is a defaultuser0 profile listed under users. Thanks for all the feedback.
