Windows 10: Help with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

I have been having a powershell prompt open when I turn on my computer for a little and everytime Windows Defender states that is has detected Trojan:MSIL/Redline.CBYZ!MTB. I looked online and saw another post on here previously saying to use FRST and to run a fixlist but any link that would go to that fixlist doesn't work anymore. Here and here are the two text files from the FRST scan I did. If anyone could help me get a fixlist for my issue that would be great.

Please do the following and upload the respective logs.



Step 1:

• Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST64.exe). [See also: Collect Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs.]
  
• Rename FRST64.exe to EnglishFRST64.exe.
  
• Run EnglishFRST64.exe. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
  
• Upload the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, to your OneDrive and share the link here.
  

Step 2:

• Download defender_diag.bat. Right-click on the file, click Properties, Unblock, and OK. Run the batch file as administrator.
  

(The Batch file queries Defender-related settings/Policies and outputs the results to a log file named defender.log. Upload this log to your OneDrive and share the link here.)

Windows Defender isn't able to scan? (Windows 11)

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears.
