Windows 10: Help with Focus on Windows 10?

Hello there, I've been having some issues with focus recently. I'll take an example just to give you the quick jist of what's happening: I'll go onto Internet Explorer and TaskBar The bar that contains all the tasks along with Cortana sound changer etc, will lose focus immediently Alright that's quite weird by itself, what next? Then I have to click on where the body of the website is which makes the the tabs uptop lose focus and disables being able to click on links so I have to right click on those and press "Open link in new tab" but if I want to go into that tab I have to double click on the tab so the tabs uptop gain focus and to make sure it switches to the tab and it's all just a complete mess. It's ruining development on my game and it's eating up the time I have to work on my other stuff because tab isn't really helping and is just selecting stuff completely different. Here's a list of things I can't do:



- Can't click on links



- Can't click on the body of videos on YouTube



- Can't click in typing boxes



- Can't have multiple things have focus even if they're apart of the same application











PS: What I meant by double click was that the first click gave the tabs focus and unfocused the body of the website and everything else on my computer even other segments on the application such as minimize, fullscreen and close, and the second click opened the tab.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
