Windows 10: Help with "Folder In Use" - Windows 11

Recently I downloaded Epic Games Launcher to install a game but I soon realized that it was taking up way to much storage. I am trying to delete it but the closest I have gotten is deleting a folder inside it yet the other folder I can't seem to delete...The message popping up says, "Folder in use; Action can't be completed because the folder or file in it is in open in another program" accept from what I've seen it isn't, I've looked up and down my computer but it says it isn't open until I try to delete it.I've seen the same problems on older computers but not a windows 11 and I cannot find

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
