Windows 10: Help with grey pixelated buttons

For some odd reason I have this greyish pixelated outline to random different buttons all around my computer but mostly in the settings. I uploaded a photo of my volume mixer where all the buttons are grey and pixelated with an outline. This wasn't a problem until I loaded up Sony Vegas Pro, and all my icons were also greyish now and look horrible. Any idea on how to fix this? Please help, thanks!

Grey pixels

I have a brandnew laptop (Asus G750JX) and noticed a few grey pixels on my desktop, when I play a game I don't see them anymore. They appear only on a white background while browsing the web or checking email etc. What could cause this? It's not really annoying but it's there.

There are options you can consider to troubleshoot this issue. When the
Print button on the File Explorer window is greyed out, we suggest that you check if the
Print Spooler service is running. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Services and click the
  Services app.
• Scroll down and check if the Print Spooler service is running.
• If not, right-click Print Spooler and click Properties.
• On the Properties window, click Start.

After following the steps, check if the Print button
is already available.
