Windows 10: help with internet connection with two phones

HI, My husband and myself both have samsung s24 phones. we have to hotspot to our computer each time we need the internet. BUT.. if I am on the internet first and logged in with my phone all is good. Then my husband logs in with his phone and he has to key in his mobile hotspot password. Then if I am on after him I need to enter my mobile hotspot password. If I am on with my phone then log off and come back to log on later I don't need to enter my mobile hotspot password. Is this a samsung problem or a setting in microsoft. We previously had Iphones and never had this issue. RegardsJulie

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.
