Windows 10: Help with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL/"ntoskrnl.exe" BSOD Please ?

I began experiencing IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with Address in State of "ntoskrnl.exe" BSOD about a month ago. I intially thought my hardware was the culprit and while I was RMA'ing items, I bought new hardware and the problem is following. New CPU 14700k New MB Asus ROG Z790 Maximus Dark Hero New Storage - 1TB Samsung 990 Pro New RAM - 64GB Corsiar Dominator Platinum New PSU and Cables - Corsair HX1500i Existing Hardware: NZXT Kraken 360mm AIO 2 Corsair Commander Pros 13 Noctua 3k RPM Fans *Corsair Commander Pros are hooked into USB 2.0 Headers on MB AIO USB is plugged into Commander

Ntoskrnl BSOD

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.
