Windows 10: Help with lost/stolen Windows 10 drive

I purchased activation keys for standalone versions of Windows 10 and Visual Studio Professional 2019. My windows 10 disk on which they were installed has been lost/stolen. I am trying to reinstall Visual Studio 2019 professional on a different disk drive on my computer, but I am unable to download the installer without an MSDN subscription. Can you please help me find the installer? Also, is there something I need to do to notify Microsoft that someone else may try to use my Windows10 and VS 2019?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you make any hardware changes on your computer before this issue happened?
• Have you checked if the DVD Drive is showing up in Device Manager?
