Windows 10: Help with major hack

A few months ago my Spectrum Wi-Fi connection starting acting up pretty bad. I went to use my school computer and it told me I was not on a secure connection, not to enter any sensitive info. I couldn’t access the hard drive functions and realized there were files installed and a fake home page. Took the computer out of my house. Got a new Wi-Fi and router, cell phone and computer. Fast forward 3 weeks I go to set up my new computer and within 3 seconds a file downloads on it and it got taken over by a hacker. The screen read “GAME OVER” after 5 hours of trying to save my pc. My new iphone is

by mistake i had deleted all the registory of task shedular ?

To delete from the Registry Editor a major utility of WIndows is not only a hack, it's a possibly fatal hack. Is the error all you are getting when you open Task Scheduler now? You really should not even be in the registry unless you are highly skilled, or guided by at least an MVP, technical Support or higher!

I also asked you critical questions to try to help you recover from this which you ignored. Something this critical to WIndows requires absolute attention to detail, missing nothing, reporting back extensively on every single question asked. Yet you just blithely ignored everything I said except the word "hacked."

Now please go back to the extensive list of questions and steps I suggested to try, and report back answers and results of each step. If you need help with any steps then ask back.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
