Windows 10: Help with Microsoft Account hacking

Hello everyone,Just typing this immedietly after trying what I can to get my other microsoft account back.Now, whenever I try to login to my microsoft account, it says it does not exist. When i try to get a new one, it says its associated with the following usernames:Insert ramber.ru email here, I have that email fully, is there a way to report it?Now I cannot gain access to this microsoft account anymore. My gmail is fine, and my minecraft is alright I do not own an xbox. But is there a way to get my account access back? Or is it unrecoverable? I would appreicate any quick help on this.

I would also suggest to coordinate with your bank to block those accounts that are being used to purchase xbox cards.
