Windows 10: Help with MS Store purchased APP

After multiple times loading and resetting Windows 11, because I DO NOT/DID NOT!! want Microsoft OneDrive, I finally just created a new MS account and put a "cancel" on my old one. I had purchased PhotoScape X Pro recently from the MS Store when I was on the screwed up old MS account, how can I get that app back? There's no license for the app but there is some kind of a text file, which I took a screenshot of B4 I switched, that changes when you get the paid version. What can I do? I sent an email to the developers of the app explaining my situation but haven't heard anything. I real

  Have you added any alias to your Microsoft Account, from which you have purchased the apps?
  
• 
  Are you able to view your purchased app other all the Microsoft account, from which you are logging in to your computer?
  

I would suggest you the run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.

Unable to purchase app in store

Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

Online activation and purchase of Windows 10 using PPPOE and MS Store

I have installed a Windows 10 Home using media creation tool from Microsoft. Now I would like to activate it and purchase the valid key. So, I step into Parameters > Activation and select there a Go to Microsoft Store entry. The window with MS store page opens, but when I click on Buy option I get an error code 0x800713AB with a description "Internet Connection required".





Obviously, I am connected to Internet.
But I am using a PPPOE connection which is rather good and MS store page can be opened in browser (although price there is different (higher), heh).

If this may be helpful, after boot I am connecting ("dialing") to my connection manually, this is fine for me. Another interesting feature: in Control Panel > Network and Internet I have a "no Internet Access" notice, but everything works fine. I was also able to install some application from MS Store, although got the same error message, but it installed and worked.

So, how do I get past the 0x800713AB error message and purchase the activation key with usage desktop version of Microsoft Store?
