Windows 10: help with mscms.dll being corrupted

ive found multiple cannot repairs when i ran sfc /scannow and reviewed the logs it says my mscms.dll is corrupted i cant use a lot of programs on my computer currently and im struggling to figure out how to fix/install a version that is not corrupted any help would be greatly appreciated

Corrupt DLL files

I keep getting a message about corrupt dll files (MSVCP110.dll is just one) when I try to open several apps. I have tried a number of the suggestions from the message boards but nothing works. I have reinstalled the programs to no avail. Any suggestions?

• Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, type

• At the command prompt, type the following command, and press Enter:
