2. Samsung Focus + 16 GB Sandisk memory card (purchased from AT&T)

Just bought a Samsung Focus, added 16 Sandisk GB memory card (purchased from AT&T). AT&T rep didn't know the required setup procedure. I have since reformatted the disk/phone. However, several times a day, the phone still resets to the original settings.
After turning the phone off and back on, my settings are recalled. Is this a memory card problem, phone problem, or Windows problem?

Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your OneDrive. To get a report on all drivers select Edit, Select All followed by File, Save Selected Items. Text file format please, HTML files are less easy
to work with.

DriverView: Loaded Windows Drivers List

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcut
Win+R, type msinfo32 and press the ENTER
key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located.
Files in the txt file format are preferred. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information
is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here.

For help with OneDrive see paragraph 9.3:

Help with my BSOD

Hi bamagull,

The cause is Malwarebytes, a driver for the web access control.
Please update Malwarebytes
Code: *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mwac.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mwac.sys 1: kd> lmvm mwac start end module name fffff800`28cc0000 fffff800`28cd3000 mwac T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: mwac.sys Image path: \??\C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mwac.sys Image name: mwac.sys Timestamp: Wed Jun 18 04:07:00 2014 (53A0F444) CheckSum: 00015076 ImageSize: 00013000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
I checked the version of Malwarebytes and it is the latest. Could I be missing something?

What version are you running exactly?
I am running version 2.2.0.1024 and my mwac driver is from 5th of October 2015.

You could try to remove Malwarebytes and install the newest version from Malwarebytes

I did a clean install of Malwarebytes. I'm still getting the bsod, it seems to only happen when using windows edge. I ran a new debug file.

You have 2 Bitdefender installations?
Code: Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2015 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2015 Public Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2016 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2016 Public
If this is the case, I strongly recommend to uninstall 1 of them as it causes problems.

I don't either, please check your network devices for driver updates via their manufacturer.
