Windows 10: Help with my computer please!

Greetings everyone. Recently I was experiencing frequent blue screen of deaths occurring on my Windows computer. Therefore to resolve this issue I decided to do a complete fresh installation of windows 10. My computer is a pre-built Acer with no graphics card and an Intel 9100 Processor. After I made the fresh install of windows 10 I also installed Linux mint on my other drive within the computer. The dual boot works perfectly and I have not experienced any issues with those things. Anyways my windows system seems to be experiencing some issues. When I click the windows logo at the bottom left corner of the screen and click restart or shut down a few things can occur. Usually the computer will restart or shutdown normally. However sometimes the computer monitors go into sleep and there is a black screen and it appears that the computer shut down or is in the process of re-starting. However if I look at the power button of the desktop it is still on and all the fans are running within the desktop. Additionally my keyboard and speaker lights are still on. This is very odd and the only way for me to fully shut down the computer is to hold the power button or pull the plug. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
