Windows 10: help with my network connection!!

Hello ,

I just bought a new laptop. It has qualcomm atheros QCA9377 wireless network adapter and since the day of purchase ,the wireless network connected but the speed I got was well less than a megabit.... so getting frusted I reset my network setting but after that now my device cannot connect to any wifi .. I tried reinstalling my adapter/ restarted alot time and did alot trouble shooting and also used ipconfig commands on the cmd!!

tried different settings including the the settings under the properties of changing adapter opItion. but still nothing ..... Its stills says cannot connect to this network....

soo please some one tell me 1st how to get it working i.e. to connect to wifi and if it connects if?? then how to solve the speed problem???????????

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.
