Windows 10: Help with my settings app

Hello. Im having trouble with my setting application. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. but not one but many of my other apps have and continuously will not work. picture this. you want to open an app, now the moment you look at it it looks as if the app opens. but the difference with me is it appears to be open but won't show up on my screen! you hover over it with your mouse and see the app open and running but aren't able to access it no matter how many times you click it. Now with some apps, a quick reinstall does the trick but with other apps like discord was a different l

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
