    Help with NoDisplay problem USB monitor


    So I bought a lilliput USB Type C monitor. UM1400 Supposed to work with one cable - A double sided Type C to USB 3.0 Supposed to do touch screen feedback AND video out. It does the touch screen though it goes to my main monitor. I did connect the vendor supplied typeC to USB 3.0 from windows computer to the lilliput. No video. Also tried the HDMI cable. Nothing.So problem is - why cant I get video to this USB monitor? I'm suspecting there's something in windows i need to address. Like do I need to setup video out or somthing like that? TIAGeorge

    Hi Tim,

    I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

    Please follow below steps:

    • Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
    • Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    • What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
    • How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?
