Windows 10: help with random restart I had while gaming on FFXIV

HiMe and a friend had a random restart while gaming, 10 minutes apart from each other. there was no warning and the PC just shut off. Looking in the event viewer there were 3 events which lead to the restart which all happened at the same time. I had an event 4000 which started the WLAN autoconfig, followed by event 10001 which started an extensibility module and the path for it was C:\WINDOWS\system32\IntelIHVRouter10.dll, followed by an event 18 which was a processor core hardware error.My system is on windows 10 enterprise 2H22 build 19045.3208, the hardware is a ryzen 5800x cpu, an asrock

random restarts

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
