Windows 10: Help with reclaiming digital license

Hello, I’m in need of help, last weekof writing this I accidentally damaged my motherboard and my laptop wouldn’t turn on after having problems with the laptop fan. I had sent it to a repair shop for a motherboard replacement among other things, I haven’t received itlaptop yet. But, like a fool, I didn’t link my digital license to my Microsoft account before the motherboard broke. I do have product info like a serial number, and it is a registered device on my Microsoft account. Can this help me find my digital license or will I have to buy a new one?

Thats how licensing works with Windows 10, the digital license is attached to your Microsoft Account and makes it easy to reactivate Windows 10 in the event you reinstall it.

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.
