    Hello.A customer has ordered the configuration of 50 computers from my company. The computers were ordered through a Microsoft reseller, and the configuration work was contracted to us to complete. They are Lenovo machines, all the same model. The customer wants the pre-installed Lenovo software removed, and wants the most recent build of Windows 10 installed the devices shipped with 20H2 instead of 21H1. They also want us to manually enroll them in their Autopilot program. The machines come with a Windows 10 Pro OEM license.I want to configure one laptop to their expectations with audi

    Hi Michael,

    We need additional information to better assist you with your inquiry about
    removing Reimage     from your Windows 10 computer:

    • Are you referring to Reimage Repair?
    • What antivirus software are your using?
    • Did you make any changes on your computer prior to the issue?

    In the meantime, Reimage is the process of removing all software on a computer and reinstalling everything. Should you want to
