Windows 10: Help with repeated BSOD issues

Hi there. I've had three recent BSOD issues with my Surface Pro 7, which I just bought in March this year. Each one is different. Today's was SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION with Win32kbase.sys quoted. The previous one was KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED and before that FAULTY HARDWARE CORRUPTED PAGE. I've checked all drivers and all are up to date. All updates are also done. Repeated BSODs - Please Help

Over the last couple of days, I noticed I was getting BSODs during gameplay (Final Fantasy 14), but not at other times.

I went about trying to fix things, as suggested by people who play the same game and were getting similar issues. To that end, I changed some game settings, and did the following:

• Updated GeForce drivers
• Installed a driver management program and updated everything
• Ran Windows Update and installed everything that would install
• Ran the Windows RAM memory check, which said there were no issues
• Ran SFC, which said there were no issues
• I've now moved onto a new profile, which some people have suggested will help

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Still can't reproduce. Could you please post the exact BIOSes that produce the issue?
