Windows 10: Help with restarting laptop

Hello, i've factory reset my laptop and now it has shut down and on and i can see the logo of my computer for about 10 seconds and it goes away and then it goes to a black screen with samething rotating and this won't stop it just rotates and my computer won't start. Now it is about 12 hours that my computer won't start. I've tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds and nothing is plugged into my computer. It has windows 10. Thank you.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
