Windows 10: Help with screen flickering and turning off.

Netflix makes my screen flicker static, and some games make my screen turn off for 2-6 seconds intermittently. I've been looking for a fix everywhere, but I cant find any.

  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
