  1. Help with shutting down under as soon as battery gets under 10%

Greetings, I have a Lenovo YOGA Pro 9i computer. I have noticed that as soon as the computer's battery gets below 10%, the system shuts down, and I cannot turn it back on until I plug in the power cord. When I plug in the power cord and turn it on, the battery shows that it's at 0% meaning my computer "died" as soon as it got below 10%. My low battery notification is also not showing. I believe this is because it normally used to show up at 6%; however, now the computer can't reach that percent without shutting off. If anyone could help me with this matter, it would be great! Thank you, Dila

    :)

  3. Plugged in but battery does not charge

If the laptop works without the battery then charger is functioning correctly. Take a cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol on it (or some on-the-go alcohol swabs), and clean the metal contacts that connect your battery to your laptop.

  4. Help with shutting down under as soon as battery gets under 10%

    New battery not charging

    I suggested uninstall, not re-install.

There's an extended version of those instructions - the same idea, but some additional steps.
    Shut down hte machine
Remove the battery - run on AC power only
    Device Manager > Batteries
Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery
    Shut down the machine

    Remove AC power
    Wait 1 minte
    Insert Battery
    Connect AC power
    Start the machine

Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery should be reinstalled when the machine is booting

But, the .3 volts might be significant - I agree with Kbird
