Windows 10: Help with slow internet when joining a chat app or watching videos

I have 1400 download and 41 upload and whenever I join a discord chat room, my internet gets cut to 400-600. I also go and watch a video that is already saved onto my SSD so I am not using the internet and my internet gets cut to around 800-900. I have already swapped out the motherboard, wiped windows and reinstalled windows 10, upgraded to windows 11, and I still cannot find a fix to the problem. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Can't watch videos on Win 10

Please assist me with the following information related to this issue:

• Which web browser are you using to watch online videos?
• Do you receive any error message?
• What is the make and model of the computer?

If you are using Internet Explorer to watch online videos, I suggest you to
follow the steps mentioned in the following link and check:Why won't videos play in Internet Explorer?

Note: The above mentioned article contains steps to reset IE. Resetting Internet Explorer's settings is not reversible. After a reset, all previous settings in IE are lost and cannot
be recovered.

Windows 10 xbox app party chat not working.

Hi Noah,

For us to better isolate this issue, kindly provide us the following information below:

• Can you tell us if you're using a child account?
• May I know if you were able to join party chat on another computer while using the same account?
• Can you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?

In the meantime, I recommend that you try using another Xbox account in the Xbox app and check if you will be able to join party chat. This will help us to determine if the issue is within the app or on the account that you're using.

Video on Facebook Watch

I have noticed the problem is not just on Facebook watch, its with other videos on Facebook also.

I did the trouble shooter as you instructed, and Facebook is not listed as a "windows store" app. Not sure what the next step would be.
