Windows 10: Help with Smart Screen security block app

Hello,On Windows 11 reboot, Smart Screen blocked the below application. What draw my attention is that the Error Report from the blocked app does not inform which app it is, so I cannot find which app is being blocked. This seems suspicious to me. Please, is there any way to investigate this and find the origin of this suspicious app?Smart app control has blocked part of this app - Microsoft Support

The issue you are facing could be due to the app has been blocked by Windows Smart Screen.
Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps.

• 
  Type smart screen and select Change Smart Screen settings.

  Now click on Change Windows Smart Screen settings.

  If User Account Control is prompted click on Yes.

  Choose an option, how you want Windows Smart Screen to handle unrecognized apps, and click on

• On the Search bar, type Windows Defender Security Center.
• Open Windows Defender Security Center settings and go to
  App & browser control.
• From there, you will see the options available for Windows Defender SmartScreen.
