Windows 10: Help with system crashes with bugcheck 0x00000133 ntoskrnl.exe

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 build 19045.5371 on a Dell Precision 3431 and periodically it crashes and reboots - the Reliability Monitor shows:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff8026eefb320. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 4f31abf8-c1db-44a0-a7d0-c9d1d1c65a64.I used Bluescreenview to look at the minidumps and they mostly show the driver as ntosk

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

Bugcheck 0x00000133

Newly purchased PC has been crashing, mainly while using Zoom, but the last time was while watching YouTube video. Another problem, which may be related, is that my Bluetooth speaker (Oontz Angle 3) makes a popping sound when connected to this PC, but is
fine when used with other devices.

The Event Viewer message is:

I have 2 minidumps, MSINFO file and system data from Speccy, but I don't know where to upload them for help.
