Windows 10: Help with the junk family app

I bought 2 windows 11 laptops for my kids and set them up side by side. Somehow my daughter is able to download things without even asking for permission which is okay with me my son's is tied to a family account I'm not even aware of. It says he needs to ask for permission but I'm not receiving anything to approve. Can anyone help please before I smash this thing with a hammer? Thanks.

No email sent when adding family member to Family Safety in Windows 10

If the invitation is not there in the junk or spam folder, I suggest you to delete the sent invitation from family safety account and re send it and check if it helps.

Junk Mail folder in Windows 10 mail is not called "Junk Mail"

The issue regarding Junk Email named as HM_BulkMail_ may have occurred due to some changes in the settings or an update in the Mail app is not compatible with the device. To isolate your concern, we'd like to ask the following:

• What's the domain name of the email account you're using in Mail app?
  
• Have you made any recent changes prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Help ! My junk emails are missing !!!


Hi, again and thanks for suggestions. David, I think that your reply shows me that the "junk" item is missing from my list. I click on "more" and it is simply not there ! Is it possible that the mail part of W10 wasn't loaded properly ? And if that's the case, what can I do about it please ?
