    Verticle blue rectangle on monitor

    My boss's monitor at work has this teal/blue rectangle going from the top all the way to the bottom of the screen. It's a 23" monitor, I would say the line going down the screen is about 1.5-2" wide. It occasionally will fade away and everything seems normal, sometimes even turning redish instead of the blue. I don't figure there's much I can do for it, but if anyone had any ideas that might work I'm all for impressing the boss *Smile Help with turning off blue file selection rectangle :)

    Still no way to disable "Show Translucent Selection Rectangle"?

    Hello risug, Help with turning off blue file selection rectangle :)

    You could still use an option in the tutorial below to turn on or off "Show Translucent Selection Rectangle", but it doesn't affect it in File Explorer.

    It seems that the Narrator feature is turned on, as one of its features is having a blue rectangle on all of the links on your computer. For us to assist you, we suggest that you turn Narrator off. Here's how you will turn it off, Press the
    Caps Lock button + Esc button.
