Windows 10: Help with understanding if my PC is safe

For some reason I got it in my head that my pc is infected. I haven’t had any accounts hacked, my pc isn’t slow. But every time I see and slightly weird file anywhere I assume it just HAS to be a virus or something. I have run full system scans with Bitdefender, MalwareBytes, and Norton. All came back clean. I ran Norton Power Eraser which also found nothing. I did a microsoft defender offline scan which I believe came back clean because there was nothing in the threat history. I did a clean and reinstall of windows and then upgraded to windows 11. And finally I did an ESET scan. A lot of the

Help Me Understand What I'm Doing Wrong

I may be missing something, but I think what's being suggested is you use the arrow to choose another different method other then 'phone number' such as email or an authentication app, whatever's on the drop down list that's not a phone number.

  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
