Windows 10: Help with unknown Folder iMpacct Corp

I have searched and searched and found no matches for iMpacct, its folder nor its files and data. Nothing seems to match the exact spelling of the folders.Locations on my drive are:C:/Program Files x86/Common Files/iMpacct 29.3MB - 254 Files - 10 Folders installed 12/6/2024 11:51AMC:/ProgramData/iMpacct Corp 2.26KB - 1 File - 1 Folder installed 12/6/2024 11:51AMIt has full permissions.System - Dell Inspiron Desktop 3020, Windows 11 24H2.The iMpacct Properties show it was installed on 12/6/2024 at 11:51AM but I can't find any app or program that matches the install time of iM

Downloads folder is the Documents folder

I suggest you to Restore to Default the folders and document settings and see if it helps.

Step 1:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Download folder.
• Right click on the Download Folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

Step 2:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Documents folder.
• Right click on the Document folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

After performing above steps change the settings as you required and check if it helps.

Folder appears unknown

2 New folders have appeared unknown source, and will not delete.

Admin (PC) and bev (joe-pc).

They also appear under software in device manager. What gives? I have Bitdefender AV. I cannot ID which folder they are under. Listed under "This PC"
