Windows 10: Help with virus

Recently I downloaded a mod menu for a game, it was a virus, I noticed as it didn’t work when I ran it and soon after my status on discord changed itself so I changed my password and as soon as I changed it a person who I never had friended before messaged me saying he has my address and all my files from my pc “he sent proof for both so ik he’s not bluffing”. He said he has all my files and passwords and that the which he also proved, he demanded money but I turned my pc off completely and changed every important accounts password on my phone. Now he’s saying that he still had my pc files and
