Windows 10: Help with Weak wifi signal

Hi. I am having a lot of trouble speaking to anyone who can help with my particular situation. We stay at a KOA campsite. There is no hard wired internet. So we rely on the internet that comes strictly from the campground itself. The area we are in only gets a very weak signal at best. There are times the campgrounds wifi does not even show up on our phones of smart TV's. My knowledge is pretty weak itself in this area! I 'assumed' I would be able to use an antenna of some kind to gather more of a signal. Then somehow attach it to a router and wifi device in our camper. Then we would rely on o

i require that i be able to see my neighbors wifi signal so i can geolocate, windows sees them when i first enable the wifi adapter, but after a period of time connected to my home wifi their weak signals disappear from the available network list.

i would like to find stop windows from eliminating the weak networks from the available list.

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• Incorrect network settings.
• Network adapter is not working properly.

Weak available wifi signals disappear

I have approximately 7 wifi signals that initially pop up when my wifi is first enabled when i'm sitting on my couch.

i can easily connect to my home wifi

after a few minutes the weaker network connections dissapear from the list of available networks

if i turn the wifi off an on momentarily the week networks show again no problem.

How do i force windows to stop eliminating weak signals from the list. i have already adjusted the wifi card to max power and the pc clearly sees them everytime i power cycle the adapter. windows must be deciding to reduce the number of networks by itself.
