Windows 10: Help with weird GPU/Integrated CPU game processing. Game is processing 3D on integrated CPU...

For the game Black Ops III through steam, the game has super super low frames, which is very odd for my computer, being tit has fairly good specs. Looking at task manager, the game says it is running through GPU 0- Copy, which is my NVidia GPU, but looking at the actual performance monitoring, the game is running nothing through that GPU, and all the 3D through my AMD integrated CPU. I have tried changing the settings in NVidia control panel, and in the Windows Graphics settings to use the high performance processor, and turn off power saving mode for using the integrated CPU. What are the processes that cause HIGH CPU usage?

 

CPU Goes to 100 % when playing any game?

Name a couple of games. What frame rate are they averaging ?

Is the 750m also pushing 100% .

Laptops always run a bit hot while gaming, but have you monitored the cpu and gpu temps under gaming load ?
