    Hello there,
    I would be extremely grateful for any help you are able to offer.

    My desktop PC runs the latest version of Windows 10. For a long time now I have been having blue screen crashes which I thought may have been caused by an external device connected to the system.

    After a lot of trial and error I think I have isolated the problem to either my Bluetooth headset Jabra B550 or the Bluetooth adapter. Often the crashes seem to occur when I'm using the Bluetooth headset especially with Microsoft teams. I know the headset is okay because I use it with my laptop without issue.

    I have checked under Windows Event Viewer and cannot find any entries around the time the blue screen happens. I am registered blind but with some assistance was able to read the last line of the blue screen which appears to mention a stop exception thread not found.

    Having looked at similar posts on this forum and to save time I have already compressed and shared the mini dump, memory dump and system information file:

    Thanks! again for the prompt response and i followed the suggested steps for WiFi issue but troubleshooter didn't report any problem, however the issue persists even as of now. After approaching you i shouldn't be interfering with your troubleshooting but
    it seems to me problem as a result of peculiar issue wrt OS, may be because it doesn't flush out the entries related to WiFi settings/system. Also, i was thinking solution must be readily available as Windows 10 team must have fixed issue over a period time
    as many users have reported exactly same issue. Sorry! again as i have crossed boundary by suggesting what i suspect. See if you can help as it is somewhat impacting work.

    P.S. : For Bluetooth issue i have got a USB headphone and that i acting as a workaround for a while.

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?
