Windows 10: Help with Windows 11/Freezing/locking up - PLEASE -I've tried all I can think of

I am at the end of the rope on my desktop PC. It randomly freezes/locks up. It has been bulletproof for a little over a year was brand new and I've had zero issues. It is NOT overheating - it's water cooled and the temps don't get hot. I've monitored temps with CPUID HW Monitor. Highest CPU temp is 70c.It's an Intel i9-13900 processor, no integrated graphics. It will lock up overnight just running a screen saver. Let's cut to the chase of troubleshooting/replacing/money I've spent. in no particular order - - New motherboard same as old one - ASUS Prime Z790-P Wifi- New Power supply

Computer freezes on the lock screen [Windows 11]

Hi everyone,

Since upgrading from Windows 10 Professional to Windows 11 Professional, my computer (desktop) has consistently crashed on the lock screen.

To be more specific, it crashes ONLY when I lock the computer (by using the windows key + L combination) after use. This does not occur when putting the PC to sleep.

I have re-seated the RAM as a troubleshooting step and have tried using other RAM sticks. I have also tried uninstalling software on the computer that I do not use to no avail.

Grateful for any suggestions on how to fix this issue without the need to reinstall the OS.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
