Windows 10: Help with Windows 11 random freeze then reboot

Hello,I have a brand new laptop hp omen 16 b0000 with Windows 11 with all the drivers and bios update by the oem support app, and I have at least one freeze then reboot per day on it, I tried all the basic troubleshooting things like sfc, CHKDSK, dism and memory diagnostic, all of them not reporting a single problem.Here is a memory.dmp file uploaded to onedrive https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuZ5qopt2SckhDXuzRj7fjOv-LbE?e=R2Gq3jI don't have the minidump

Random Freezing, Rebooting, Missing Cursor or Unresponsive Touchpad

I have been experiencing random freezing and rebooting since Nov. 24th. I spent the day working and using the laptop like normal before this happened when I stepped away to eat. I called Asus today to try and find a fix to this. After explaining they asked
me to check on the system updates. I had two that hadn't gone though and so I started them, which led to the support personnel to end the call. I have checked the update history and saw one of the two had failed.

I honestly do not know what to do now between the freeze/reboot issue and a touchpad that wont respond.

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

Random Crash/Freeze on Build 10130


Hello everyone.

I have been running the Windows 10 preview for the last few months and other than a driver issue here or there, did not experience any real problems. However, with the last update to build 10130, I have been experiencing a random crash/freeze that manifests itself in one of two ways:

1. If I step away from the computer and come back before the monitor is set to go to sleep, I will come back to a frozen cursor, unable to do anything.
2. If I step away from the computer and come back after the monitor has gone to sleep, I will come back to a black screen, unable to do anything.

In both cases, I have to hold the power button in to shut down the computer for a restart.

Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated.
