Windows 10: help with windows enterprise.

forgive me if this is a stupid question,but i recently just bought a second hand gaming pc and the os is enterprise.

but for some reason it didnt come with the microsoft store installed, i wanted to download the xbox app and download some of my games onto my pc.

if i buy a home edition key will this solve the problem?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
