Windows 10: Help with Windows Error oxc000000e

I replaced my old SSD MX500 with a WD NVMe, I cloned the drive, erased the old drive, set in BIOS to boot from the correct SSD. But now getting that error stating my PC/Device needs to be repaired. The options it gives me are F1 to enter Recovery Environment - does nothing but back to blue screen, F8 for Start up settings- still back to blue screen, and ESC for UEFI Firmware settings that I have not messed with yet. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I am running Windows 10 as well.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
