Windows 10: Helpme

Hello, I need help. I downloaded a game that wasn't legitimate only because I didn't have enough money, and I was going to buy it when I did. But my information was stolen, my Microsoft account was hacked. I had a few games on it that I bought with effort. I feel very ashamed and I learned my lesson, but the hacker deleted my account. I can't play anymore. Is there any solution to this? I have the hacker's email address, but I don't know what to do."

ok just noticed that the search engine in the top right of the mozilla has nothing and when you look for plugins for it they dot have google listed HELPME pls

 

win 10 v21H2 .1415 - /helpme program loads BUT

Hello. The glance program /helpme that allows remote access to Schwab technical support downloads from Chrome & Edge. I see it start and the green bar moves from left to right, BUT the program doesn't open. In Opera, it does. All three browsers are Chromium and both Edge & Opera have synched from Chrome. Rarely, clicking on a link for something like a video tutorial also seems to be blocked. I've been advised to either live with it or reload Win 10. The Schwab guy said he saw an error in .net framework. Doesn't seem likely that any privacy setting would affect only /helpme and would allow it on Opera but not Chrome or Edge. Any ideas? Thanks.
