Windows 10: Helppane.exe and EDGE multiple tab (50~190 tabs) made my user experience horrible

I am using windows 10 pro insider preview, evaluation copy. Build 18267.rs_prerelease.181020-1908.


Due to speed up my pc i did a soft reset last night. But this reset decision was not good for me.


When i open file explorer Microsoft Edge open automatically and redirect to ms home page. Few seconds later multiple tabs open and load automatically. I closed edge browser from the task manager but this browser pop up again with same multiple tabs.


i also found that Helppane.exe is causing this problem. I tried to force close it from task manager but no use. helppane.exe automatically restart its process and Microsoft Edge pops up with multiple tabs.


I didn't face this problem in last 6 years.


Need a solution for this.


N. B: I tried this,

1."Restarting the PC" didn't work for me.

2. Microsoft windows defender offline scan and full scan didn't work as well.

3. Windows is genuine.

4. Hard reset is ongoing for C drive only.

5. Deleting the C\users\user\appdata\local\packages\Microsoft. Microsoftedge8xxxxxxxxxxxxx......... AC\recover folders dat file temporary solve the problem..

EDGE multiple tabs

Windows 10 Edge browser - I would like to have multiple tabs open when I start my EDGE, but I want one of those tabs to be the Top sites and suggested content page

 

Command line/tab

No plans to implement that. Many users (including me) look at tab 1, then click sensors tab 2 quickly and close the app. Expectation is that it will start at tab 1 again.

May I ask, what exactly does such a routine have in mind - why look at tabs 1, then 2, then quickly close the app?
