I tried to boot my pc today and it came up with a blue screen saying the error code bad system config info and then sent the pc into a reboot loop please helpppp

HTC MOZART phone which hangs on step no.6 of 10 on updating to mango

Dear ,

I have an HTC MOZART phone which hangs on step no.6 of 10 on updating to mango..it says mobile restarting but it took whole night almost 8 hours but didnt go a step ahead .My mobile almost restarted more than 1000 times in those 8 hours..so canceled and
pulled off the connection wire and had to restart manually by taking out the battery.

What to do & if it goes like this how can i update?pLs Helppppp

hi the manuels dont help me enough can anybody tell me how to even read a notification on my nokia lumia 635 i can read my text messages cant seem to find the notifications grrrr. yesterday i could send my pics to facebook today i cant ****? i have conquered
so much in learning about this new phone only a few more steps helppppp
