Windows 10: Hep with black screen

HelloSo my laptop's max resolution is 1366x768 and i tried a custom utility tool to change the resolution to 1920x1080 the program i used is callled CRU but when i added the resolution and powered of my laptop, i powered it on again only for the screen to be black after showing the del logo. I can still use the laptop because i use narrator and tab to navigate through the button and stuff , so the screen works and is running but its black, and also on advanced option where you go to reset your pc the option wont show and all the other options dont work. I have also tried diskpart list dis
