Windows 10: HEVC on edge and netflix not working

I want to watch Netflix on HDR 4K on my laptop but I don't get itI have the highest plan that supports HDR 4K I have HEVC but it seems that it does not workmy screen primary screen has HDR and 2800*1800 and my second has HDR and HDCP but Edge says that is not supportit worked 3 months ago and yesterday it suddenly worked but after that, I unplugged the second screen it stops to work even though I reconnected themI tried reinstalling Windows, deleting the HEVC from the manufacturer and buying the second from the store and installing it it still did not work HEVC installed : true

Netflix not working on Microsoft Edge error code “W8156-88890001”

The same error is happening in my computer.

I have Windows 10 latest updates.

Netflix works in other browsers (like chrome, firefox)

Microsoft Edge is not the default browser in my computer, and this should have any impact on its functionality, correct? I would like to use Edge instead of Chrome, but it is still having several issues like this one. Is there any suggestion, update, or
settings to make Netflix work?
