Windows 10: "HEVC Video Extensions from the Device Manufacturer" not working – Runtime Broker prevents...

Hello Microsoft Community,I am experiencing an issue with the "HEVC Video Extensions from the Device Manufacturer" app on my Windows device after performing a fresh installation of Windows.The app shows "This app will not work on your device" in Microsoft Store, even though it is already installed on my system.HEVC videos play fine using the default Movies & TV app.However, after watching a video, when I try to delete it, I get this error:"This action cannot be completed because the file is open in Runtime Broker."This forces me to either restart my PC or end the Runtime Broker process fro

• What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver
  in Windows search/Run command)
• What is the make and model of the PC?
• Where are you getting HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer showing as temporarily unavailable?

If you want to install HEVC Video Extensions, then refer to

Microsoft Store.
