    HEVC video has stuttered playback


    The problem persists for more than 2 years. It was in Windows 10, now it successfully migrated to the new Windows 11. Any video encoded in HEVC has stuttering playback like 10 frames play forward, then 5 goes back and the solution of this obviously awful codec error have not seen.The problem could be silenced if the decoder was free as it was in the beginning, but now even ridiculous price of 0.99$ makes seller Microsoft responsible for this.Since XBOX One switched from old Edge to the new Edge, it has the same playback problem.How to replicate:Open Netflix website, open ANY trailer coded
