Windows 10: Hewlett-Packard - Imaging - Null Print - still happening in Win11

Since years nearly everyone ever owned a Hewlett Packard Printer and is switching to any other brand knows that Windows still founds a available update for HP after deinstalling every HP Driver. Neither HP nor Microsoft has ever posted a real Solution or Bugfix for this. To blend out this Update is no real solution.

When activated for update for the above messages as displayed; I am getting these following error messages:
