Windows 10: Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 Install error 0x80070103

Hi,I keep trying to install this update but it keeps failing so keeps showing as an available update:Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741Install error 0x80070103The update looks very old so I've no idea why it's there in the first place.Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?Regards,Richard.

My Windows 11 Updates are not happening this error: Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741 Install error - 0x80070103

I have tried several remedies: 1) ran the Windows troubleshooter 2) Used the pause and restart method several times on the update 3) Stopped and Started the Windows Update Service 4) Stopped and Started wuauserv 5) Ran Deployment and Servicing Management. Does anyone have any other methods? Thank you
