Windows 10: Hewlett-Packard - USB - 6/1/2018 12:00:00 AM - 46.2.2631.18152 - CAN'T REMOVE !

Hi guys, I have this problem from some time. I have this driver: Hewlett-Packard - USB - 6/1/2018 12:00:00 AM - 46.2.2631.18152Install error - 0x80070103And I can't remove it by any action I took. I uninstalled all HP software I have on my PC - still thins one is here and can't install or remove. Any idea how to delete this permanently ?

Solution did not work.

Ran the Microsoft Show/Hide Tool. It said it fixed the problem, but update is still trying to install Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237.
