Windows 10: Hey, can anyone help me? My laptop is stuck at resetting on 77% and I do not know what to do

I thought of putting it into sleep mode and giving it time, but I have heard that it may make the situation worse. So please help me ASAP

Since the issue still persists, we suggest removing the Internet connection on your computer. Try again to turn on the computer.

If the Windows update still got stuck at 77%, try pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del see if it helps.

Windows Update seems stuck at 77%...

Hello,

Bought an Acer Laptop yesterday with Windows 10 and for some reason the updates download seems to be stuck at 77%...

How do I fix this..??

It's showing that updates are available and they are either waiting for install or waiting for download.

Please help!
